Waverley mixed tournament

This is a mixed tournament, open to any tennis player of any level. No TSA or GNTA affiliation is required to enter for the tournament. Herewith the details:

  • Open to any player from any club
  • Entries will be limited to 30 couples
  • R200 per couple entry fee, payable on the day by card
  • Dunlop Fort balls will be used
  • Starts at 8H00 and will finish at around 15H00
  • Venue: Waverley Tennis Club
  • The popular fast five format will be used
  • The golden point rule will be used
  • Food and drinks are for sale at the venue
  • Please note that Waverley Tennis Club does NOT serve alcohol
  • Entry deadline: Tuesday 24 March

Waverley Mixed Tournament

Fast-five tennis tournament for mixed doubles.

Entry fee is R150.00 for Waverley members and R250.00 for non-members.

Matches will be played in the new and exciting fast-five format with sudden death deuces and tie-breaks. The golden rule will also be applied where each couple can replay a point in every match.

Time: Registration opens at 7:15 and matches start at 8:00
